Reporting Structure

Service Managers are responsible for a series of projects, with project managers/co-ordinators reporting into each service manager.

The Chief Executive and individual Service Managers meet monthly to discuss the performance of each service area and also meet with external partnership steering groups for specific projects.

Service Managers together with the Finance Manager, the HR Manager and the Chief Executive form the BMG (Business Management Group). The BMG meets bi-monthly to review organisational performance and policy. They are responsible for implementing the organisational business plan as agreed by the Trustees.

The Trustees meet approximately every 6 weeks with the Chief Executive. They receive reports on organisational policy and performance against the YSS business plan, review and amend the business plan as appropriate and provide organisational scrutiny.
