Are you passionate about helping young people make safer choices and build brighter futures?

YSS is looking for a MORSE Youth Practitioner to join our innovative MORSE (Making Our Road Safer for Everyone) Youth Service, delivered in partnership with West Mercia Youth Offending Service.

🌟 About the Role

You’ll work 1:1 with children and young people under 18 who have committed driving offences, delivering a 12-week behaviour change programme focused on:
✔️ Building resilience to peer pressure
✔️ Strengthening positive relationships
✔️ Reducing impulsive behaviours
