We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Accommodation Advisor to join our team, supporting men within the criminal justice system to secure stable housing and successfully resettle into the community.
In this rewarding role, you will provide tailored housing advice, guidance, and practical support to individuals transitioning from custody or serving community sentences. You’ll manage a varied caseload, work closely with partner agencies, and help break down barriers to accommodation, empowering people to build more stable and independent lives.
This role is split between working within the prison setting of HMP Hewell and in the community across Worcestershire, working as part of a collaborative and values-driven organisation, you will play a key role in improving outcomes for individuals while contributing to safer, stronger communities.
